Empowering individuals and teams to foster allyship, reduce burnout, and build psychologically safe workplaces where everyone thrives.

Dr. Amber Gunner’s journey into workplace wellness began with a deeply personal experience. During the same week, she discovered she was pregnant with her son; she faced the uncertainty of being laid off. The stress of navigating two life-changing events simultaneously led to a mental health challenge that she overcame with the support of a strong network—her co-parent, OBGYN, doula, family, and friends. This period taught her the transformative power of allyship and support systems.

After returning to the workforce, Dr. Gunner threw herself into achieving and proving her worth—only to find herself confronting burnout. The warning signs had been there all along, but like so many professionals, she ignored them in pursuit of success. This realization inspired her mission: to prevent others from experiencing the same cycle of stress and burnout.

Today, Dr. Gunner is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations recognize the signs of burnout early and take proactive steps to foster well-being. Through her workshops, coaching, and consulting, she equips teams with the tools to build a culture of allyship—one where employees uplift one another, prioritize mental health, and thrive both personally and professionally.

With certifications in Parental Burnout, Trauma-Informed Care, and Professional Coaching, as well as a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Dr. Gunner brings a unique combination of expertise and empathy to her work. She believes that by creating supportive environments, organizations can empower their teams, boost productivity, and build workplaces where everyone feels valued and supported.

Whether addressing allyship, psychological safety, or burnout prevention, Dr. Gunner inspires and motivates audiences to take actionable steps toward healthier, more connected workplaces.
