Igniting Resilience and Reclaiming Belonging by Creating Shame-Resilient Self-Acceptance and Empowered Communities

As a licensed clinician and women's empowerment advocate, I help women and girls overcome the debilitating effects of shame to reclaim their power and find deep, meaningful connections.

Through my shame resilience workshops and support groups, I create brave spaces where women can shed the shackles of self-doubt, heal from past trauma, and cultivate the courage to live authentically.

I believe that when women and girls have the tools to transform their shame into self-acceptance, they unlock their full potential to lead, create, and contribute to the world in powerful ways.

My mission is to guide women and girls on a journey of self-discovery, so they can break free from the limiting beliefs that hold them back and step into the truth of who they are - worthy, capable, and deserving of belonging.

If you're a woman seeking to reclaim your voice, deepen your relationships, and make your mark on the world, I would be honored to support you on that transformative path

I am a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, and Licensed Psychotherapist trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian Play Therapy, and EMDR. 2024 Frances Young Trailblazer Award Winner, 2024 Phoenix Titan Award Recipient 2022 National Association of Social Workers Arizona Social Worker of The Year and 2021 National Association for Women Business Owners Women of Vision Award Recipient
