MA, CPT

MA, US

I reversed my biological age 16 years and now teach others to do the same. I am a 4X founder and CEO of a biomarker company who formerly ran a consultancy helping brands and people find their purpose.

I am 51 with a biological age of 35. I have started, run, and sold 4 companies and am currently a CEO of a biomarker healthspan company, helping people reverse age and live with purpose and intention. I have a MA in Journalism, and started my career as a journalist. My consultancy helped Fortune 100 companies find their north star and purpose, and I have spoken at large companies such as NRG Energy.

I’ve always been on a mission to live my best life, and to continually optimize my body.

I now motivate others to do the same, and live with purpose, intention, and to develop the optimism mindset to thrive in life.

I am especially good at helping people see their special sauce.

I am fabulous at motivating students, employees, and people struggling to find their reason to be.

I help people find ways to be innovative and teach the steps to do what you love.

This can be helpful for any entrepreneur struggling to find their way, or struggling to take the leap with a business.

I also help motivate employees b helping them tap into their mind, body, and spirt and bring a renewed sense of passion to all aspects of their lives.

I used to get up at 5am so I could teach Step Aerobics (yep, Reeboks were in my wardrobe) at UMass Amherst while getting a degree in English with a minor in Exercise Science.

I’ve been either a vegetarian, vegan, pegan, or pescatarian since I was 12.

My absolute favorite thing to do is hike–and I know that might surprise people who know about my wine collection, or my penchant for Zimmermann dresses. There is something about the woods, and nature, and the beautiful accomplishment of a slow ascend while working all your muscles.

It was only in my 40s that I truly started to understand what my “North Star” was–and to beginning to formulate what later became my dream, the company I needed, especially when I became sick after being gaslit by doctors.

My North Star is the dream, the dream to increase my healthspan and lifespan, and to help other women avoid what I went through.
