As a former Assistant Superintendent of a Public School District, she has an extensive background in leadership development as she understands the cognitive impact that organizations need in order to meet their goals. A native of Austin, Texas, Charli earned a Master of Education from Houston Baptist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Texas. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., known for its commitment to community service, education, and leadership development.
