Mark Bobo is an educator, motivational speaker, and organizational strategist whose focus is helping leaders improve their capacity and efficacy.  Mark believes that leadership is paramount to implement cultural changes, and Mark provides how leaders can effectively lead in a positive and productive manner.

He shares strategies for making the working environment a space where all human capital is optimized. Mark’s intention is to create a culture where  all maintain mutual respect, regardless of personal differences, resulting in more efficient and fulfilled contributors. Mark leads personal development  around  policies that promote a healthy, respectful working relationship even when opinions differ, and hear how to maximize opportunities to foster camaraderie and a growth mindset. He holds a BS in Agribusiness and Applied Economics and an Executive MBA in Education Leadership from the Ohio State University.  Mark is a Certified Maxwell Leadership Trainer/Coach/Speaker, and is also certified in Non-Profit/Public Leadership from the John Glenn College of Policy and Public Affairs at the Ohio State University. He serves as the Director of Member Relations for the Ohio School Boards Association. As well, he is the Principal/Founder of D.R.E.A.M.M. Consulting LLC, an igniter organization focused on leadership development and cultural impact.
