Jennifer Bassman

Certified Stress Management Coach

TX, US

Conquer stress with humor, set boundaries that stick, and build mental strength as tough as stilettos on cobblestones — because you’re here to live fully and unapologetically.

Women are twice as likely as men to burnout.

Yet, as this entertaining and humorous keynote speaker, writer, and business owner knows from her own experience – burnout still carries stigma and shame for those who experience it.

Jennifer Bassman teaches women how to acknowledge their own burnout, as well as, how to build an awareness of their stress levels, create effective boundaries, start working based on their natural strengths and talents, and stop feeling responsible for everyone and everything.

She is the author of Stop Being A Doormat, Unstuck & Unstressed, and The Burnout Recovery Method (Fall 2023), a Certified CliftonStrengths coach, and has coached hundreds of business professionals through burnout recovery since 2012.

Jennifer has been a pet care business owner and operator since 2000. Her 20+ years of pet care industry experience and knowledge are often referenced in her work. She is passionate about supporting other female entrepreneurs.

Jennifer, who is originally from Des Moines, Iowa, grew up to be a people pleasing perfectionist who is obsessed with dogs and fresh sweet corn. She started her first business in her 20s without any experience, surviving on Diet Dr Pepper and sheer determination. She is now living in Dallas with her husband and three dogs.
