Uncertain times? Move from reacting to co-creating opportunities with the Yes And Approach©. Develop your creative leadership, anchored in a vibrant purpose, to engage your team in an innovation path!
Uncertainty is the #1 leaders’ concern*. The confusion that comes with it breaks the predictive patterns of our brain function. Yet, uncertainty is (also) a huge field of opportunity creation. It requires another posture, brain rewiring and new skills set. Let’s explore it together!
TOPICS
Chantal speaks about the importance to develop our “yes and” inner posture (OUI ET Approach©), as a leader, to better innovate and thrive in the face of change and uncertainty. In keynotes (TEDx), facilitation mandates and executive coaching she digs into topics such as:
- the neurosciences of self-regulation and mindset shift,
- the Continuum of uncertainty in management©
- clarity of intention and strategic priorities,
- adaptability, audacity and risk taking,
- creative leadership (and all the soft skills it requires: active listening, efficient communication and feedforward, etc.),
- team mobilization and engagement,
- collective ideation process in problem solving,
- innovation, design thinking mindset/process...and more.
BENEFITS
Chantal shares the experiences, tools, and knowledges she has aquired and developed in the past 30 years to equip leaders and teams so that they could:
- fine-tune their abilities to quickly self-regulate,
- better “read the room” and bounce back in the uncertainty,
while...
- thinking systemically,
- focusing and aligning teams on what's important (sense making, vision, strategic priorities, etc)
- installing the winning conditions to co-create an inspiring organizational culture where everyone could express their creativity to solve problems, innovate and thrive at their best potential.

BACKGROUND
- Chantal first spent 25 years as a marketing communications strategist, manager, and senior consultant for national and international clients such as McDonald's, Bell, Molson, Desjardins, Hydro-Québec, L'Oréal Paris, Toyota, and many others. Strategic creativity propelling innovation is one of her main foundations.
- In parallel with her professional career, a significant encounter with Bobby McFerrin completely changed her approach to leadership. Her journey in spontaneous co-creation (15 years, in 7 countries) enabled her to develop the mindset, posture and skills needed to better navigate the unknown and uncertainty by building bonds of trust and the psychological safety to do so. These skills have become essential in her management role.
- She started using this powerful analogy and modeling those tools and skills to create the OUI ET Approach© (yes and) and bring it into the business reality of her clients.
- She became an executive coach (Leadership Circile Profile TM, ICF member) certified experiential facilitator, accredited professional trainer and TEDx speaker at HEC Montreal (Dans l'inconnu et le changement? La puissance du "oui et'!).
- Among her recent accomplishments, she has co-designed and co-facilitated with Daniel Lamarre, Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board at Cirque du Soleil, a creative leadership training that reached many top executives in Canada and United States, including at the World Business Forum in New York.

TESTIMONIALS
"...Her experience in the business world enables her to intervene effectively at the highest level of organizations. Her strategic mindset and lively pedagogical approach help to take companies to new heights of performance. She has a unique ability to build trust and stimulate participants towards new avenues of growth for themselves and their organizations." - Daniel Lamarre, Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board, Cirque du Soleil
"What we experienced went beyond our expectations. We've never had such a powerful strategic encounter. Chantal made the connection between us. It's amazing because she has antennae, she can sense people, she was able to make us evolve, to take us to places where we might not have gone (...) she led us towards something very concrete, very precise, we didn't realize it too much but Chantal's magic worked." - Évelyne Lafontaine, Vice-President Marketing & Innovation at Cascades
“I was very impressed by Chantal during the strategic retreat she designed and facilitated for the executive committee, and I knew she would be the right person to support my team. Because beyond the useful tools, approaches and techniques she shares, Chantal has this unique ability to create a climate of trust so that people open up and collaborate on potentially slippery subjects. She does this with great intelligence, tact, authenticity and kindness. The management committee has sensed this and speaks of her again, as a reference who has left a lasting impression. I warmly recommend her."- Hugo Gouin-Boilard, Vice-President Information Technology at Cascades
“Thank you Chantal for your smile and your infectious good humor! Your anecdotes were touching, funny and relevant to get to your interesting methodology, YES AND. I think we all recognized ourselves at one point or another. And the interactivity throughout the conference was top-notch for maintaining attention and interest.”
