Unlock Growth Through Impact.

certified virtual presenter

People don’t buy social impact spin—they buy from businesses that bake their values into everything they do... and that’s Emily McIntyre's thing.

She's a Social Impact Strategist who’s founded and led change-making organizations, advised clients including Instacart and Alliance for Coffee Excellence, and spoken on stages around the world about the sweet spot where brands engage the identities of their customers… which opens their wallets, for good.

She helps organizations close the gap between their ESG/social impact branding and their cultural DNA, which unlocks extraordinary culture, untouchable reputation, and an obsessive customer base. She's a keynote speaker, a consultant, and an entrepreneur from age 13. A few high notes so far include:

  • Road-testing social impact methodologies at her own companies, resulting in industry-leading sales in the specialty coffee sector AND real change on the ground level in areas like Sidama, Ethiopia.
  • Working with Instacart to develop its recipes project in 2020, ensuring initial curation honored the diverse background of its users AND properly credited chefs.
  • Leading Communications for the first Alliance for Coffee Excellence x Starbucks collaboration in 2015.
  • Creating the world’s first Coffee Marketing course for companies that were underwater in COVID.
  • Piloting Ethiopia’s first Two-Way Transparency Project between 14 North American clients and a producer group in Bensa, Sidama, resulting in lasting buyer-seller relationships and significant profit return to the district.

She's written hundreds of articles shining light on businesses and individuals bringing net positive impact to their fields of influence. Grown client revenues by 500% in three years. Co-written a case study which directly contributed to the liberation of the specialty coffee sector in Ethiopia, 2017. Fundraised for quiet charity projects which have lifted single mothers into the middle class through micro-enterprise.

And she's here to support both leadership and employees of growth-focused organizations to access the remarkable benefits of aligning their messaging with practice. The path to success is through social impact—and it starts with YOU!
