Although my parents were educators, learning was not my priority. This led to tough love meetings, I like to call my parent-teacher conferences, the home edition. After college I began to realize the powerful impacts of education, which makes all professions possible. I find learning and sharing problem solving insight inspiring. Specifically, helping you assess and accelerate the development of the right people, for the most important responsibility in the world, leading people.
