Gina Pearce’s leadership and advocacy work is rooted in lived experience. After her sister was killed in a domestic violence–related tragedy, Gina became a parent to her sister’s three children while continuing to raise her own two. Navigating grief, trauma, and sudden responsibility profoundly shaped her understanding of domestic violence, survivor support, and the long-term impact on families and communities.


Gina is a certified integrative holistic life coach and nonprofit executive who speaks nationally about domestic violence awareness, prevention, and the role workplaces and communities play in safety and support. Her trauma-informed presentations blend personal experience, education, and practical guidance—helping audiences move beyond myths toward empathy, action, and systems-level change.
