Jasmine Lott MSN, RN, is a dedicated mental health professional with a diverse background. Born and raised in Austin, Texas. A United States Air Force Veteran. Starting her health care journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant eventually obtaining my Master’s of Nursing in Leadership Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. She manages and supports individuals facing mental health challenges. Jasmine is also an Adjunct Professor at Galen College of Nursing, serving as a Psychiatric Clinical Instructor. Currently enrolled in the Doctorate of Nursing Practice Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program at Texas Christian University. Passionate about mental health awareness, she hosts the "Soul Shine" podcast, focusing on "Speaking On Unexpected Loss." Through her roles, Jasmine strives to make a positive impact in mental health education and support.
When she is not trailblazing through her mental health advocacy she is raising two children with her amazing and supportive husband. She loves to dance and volunteering within the local community. She has made it a personal mission, as a person who struggles with mental health to bring awareness and debunk the stigma associated around mental health.
