Sonja Reneé
I speak to audiences about Abandonment Trauma wounds that keep people attached to toxic, unhealthy, dangerous relationships, and environments.
Sonja Renee` is a speaker and author who truly enjoys helping others transform their lives. Sonja speaks about abandonment trauma and how these wounds keep us attached to toxic people, unhealthy relationships, and dangerous environments. About 90 to 95% of people she has encountered are walking around with abandonment wounds and don't know it. It is affecting their relationships with a significant other, their children, coworkers, siblings, and marriages. Sonja was 49 years old when she found out she was adopted and that caused her to take a deep dive to get answers. During this time Sonja discovered she had abandonment trauma wounds that initially she wasn't aware of, and as she examined her own relationships, (past and present), that took her on a journey of healing. Sonja now speaks to audiences to bring awareness of these types of wounds, also her process, and transformation. In her book "Abandonment is not your fault," Sonja was very transparent about the types of relationships she was in that created these wounds, how she identified them, and more importantly, how she broke free from bondage, false projections, unhealthy attachments, powerlessness, and generational traumas. Sonja took back control of her life and now she's on a mission to help others do the same.
