I have never been to a training that had such a personable, inspiring, and exciting leader. I am not going to lie; I was signed up for this training without my knowledge and was thinking this was going to be "just another training." You squashed those fears and truly helped guide me into a more positive mindset within the first 5 minutes of the first meeting. And the rest was history.

This is my second time seeing Jaime, but my first experience was a three-day seminar, which was fantastic. She is so motivated that you know I always leave with a lot.

My first time having a session with Jaime, which was absolutely fantastic. I think one of the things that was impactful for me today, being a team leader with two different teams reporting up to me, is the idea that one word, for example, hot, can mean many different things. I feel as a group we're great on goal, and those can get often lost, but my biggest takeaway is what do those goals actually mean to each person and are we using the right words and do we understand those words so I'm excited to go back to the team words and do we understand those words so I'm excited to go back to the team and walk through how we interpret those goals and what those words mean for us.

I've been a member of the Sarasota Manatee HR Association since 2014. So this is my 10th year. I've also been on the board and a programs director and a conference chair. So I have to tell you, this is like my 10th year with SHRA Conference and programming. And Jaime was definitely one of the best speakers we have ever had. And as a closing speaker, I couldn't recommend her more to any group out there looking for a speaker. She kept everyone's attention and kept the energy level really high and I love how she was here all day, listened to every speaker and then said something about each speaker and the power that they brought to the conference today and tied it into her talk about superpowers. So very fun, very clever, interesting, and I have to say she's extremely genuine and just you don't feel like you're just listening to the speaker but someone that could definitely easily be your friend. So I hope after today Jaime and I can be friends, and I can go and hear her speak even more.

Jamie was great. She had us write down our goals for the year as a team on a personal and professional level. And writing it down and then talking about it out loud with our team members is really inspiring and a way to really get it to resonate with you and connect with your team members around you and learn what their goals are and how they align. And it was a wonderful experience. Definitely makes you feel motivated, gives you a lot more purpose for those words and putting more intention behind them by actually visualizing it on a page and then discussing it with your peers. and then discussing it with your peers. I wrote a word on a paddle and my word for the year was patience.

I got the opportunity to attend one of the classes that Jamie teaches on leadership. I’ll admit, at first I was skeptical of the high energy as well as the duration of the class. Within 20 minutes in, I became a believer and also a bit of a fan. Jamie brings a unique blend of energy and professionalism then couples it with a twist that shows you that there is another way to lead. There are things to consider that most of us have never looked at before which she identifies. When it all pulls together, it’s a different way to approach daily leadership. In closing, one final observation. What you see, hear and learn is real. She is one of the most genuine people that I have ever met and anyone that is lucky enough to sit in a conference or a classroom will gain insight that can be carried throughout their career.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Jame at the luncheon hosted by Florida Center for Early Childhood, where Jaime Marco served as the MC. From the moment she stepped onto the stage, it was evident that we were in for a memorable event. Jaime's professionalism shone brightly throughout the entire program. Wow, that is all I can say is WOW! Jamie was spectacular! She left me wanting MORE!! Does she offer any classes? Will you share her contact information? I am still thinking about her presentation, reviewing all the points she made- it really struck a chord with me! I have already put to action many of her ideas such as the conversation builder, changing my thoughts and being more aware of my word choices ( have to vs. get to) What a game changer that woman is! My name is Joel Haines & I work at Scf as the Venice campus courier. In April 2023, I will be retiring after 23 1/2 years at the age of 67 (wow)! I was in attendance at (2) of your presentations at Neel Auditorium & Bldg 29 Nursing dept classroom. Those presentations I take with me as memories.
