Natalie Siston
Helping you reclaim who you have always been for greater resilience, happiness and performance
Natalie’s career has taken her from Silicon Valley to the Fortune 100 and into entrepreneurship, but being raised in Republic, Ohio, USA (population 600) is where she learned her greatest leadership lessons. She prides herself on using her small town spirit to create big success in the world.
Even though she has presented to thousands of people around the world - both in person and virtually - Natalie’s proudest speaking moment is winning a ribbon at the Ohio State Fair when she was 10 for demonstrating how to make oatmeal cookies. This story, and many others, are featured in her bestselling book: Let Her Out: Reclaim Who You Have Always Been.
She has 20+ years of experience coaching, developing leaders, and strengthening teams in the non-profit, higher education, and corporate sectors. She is a two-time graduate of The Ohio State University, Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a member of the National Speakers Association.
Her relatable, inspirational style has made her an audience favorite on virtual and live stages around the world representing organizations including Google, IBM, Uber, Honda, Veeam, American Marketing Association, and Insights Association. They have commended Natalie for her dynamic and engaging presentation style, which makes complex concepts relatable and understandable.
Natalie resides in Plain City, Ohio, with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys watching her daughters dance, run, play soccer and softball and spoiling her two rescue dogs.
