Erin Rodgers

Erin was born in Tampa, Fl, and grew up in Lake City, Florida. She has sixteen years of experience in full-time ministry with her husband, as a Creative Arts Pastor, Worship Pastor, Mentor, and Leadership Teacher at Christ Central in Lake City, Fl

Erin served in leadership for twelve years at Christ Central under Pastor Lonnie Johns. During her time in ministry, Erin became very passionate about raising up and developing leaders. She wrote a leadership curriculum, and taught monthly leadership classes to students for six years. The Core Leadership Program became an accredited elective ministry course for Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, and Kings Gate College in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Erin has an incredible testimony of God’s perfect love and redemption. The Bible tells us, We overcome the enemy by the blood of the lamb and the word of their testimony. Erin's mess has now become a message to set others free from the pain and trauma of past experiences, so they can live their best life in Christ. 

Erin loves and values people! She is very passionate about helping others find their God-given purpose. She loves to empower others, who feel hopeless and stuck in life. She builds their self-confidence through encouragement, goal setting, accountability, friendship, love, and continual support.

Erin teaches Biblical principles, to empower others to walk in abundant freedom. The Bible says, when we know the truth, the truth will make us free. 

Erin and her husband, who have been together for 21 years. Married for 16 years, and are now the lead pastors of Wellspring Church in Lake City, Fl. In September of 2020 they felt the Lord leading them to plant Wellspring Church. It was a big step of faith, but they have seen the goodness and faithfulness of God unfold every step of the way. 

Wellspring means a source of continual supply, and they are believing to be that for their community. They are passionate about reaching the lost, making disciples of Christ, and loving people into the arms of their Savior, Jesus Christ. 

Erin is connected with Teen Challenge in Jacksonville, Fl. She has a heart for those, who are homeless and struggling with addiction. 

Erin also has a deep knowledge of natural health and wellness using Biblical principles. She loves teaching others how to improve their health and confidence. She believes there is a spiritual root to dis-ease in the body caused by toxic emotions and unhealed hurts from the past. 

Erin is a devoted lifelong learner. She loves reading, studying God's word, expanding her knowledge and growing every day to be more like Christ

When Erin is not fulfilling her purpose in ministry as a pastor and coach, she loves spending time with her family. Between her and her husband, they have 5 children. Four boys and one girl from the ages of 24 to15. Erin loves being best friends with her adult children. She has two rescue dogs, loves animals and hopes to open a rescue shelter for dogs one day.  She also loves shopping, snow skiing, mountain climbing, the beach, being outside in the sunshine, writing songs, and leading worship with her husband.
