IEC Journey was born out of my personal desire to add value to other peoples lives. It is my honor to not only meet your expectations, but to exceed them. I am a grateful believer in Jesus Christ, my name is Jeremiah. My journey has been riddled with various peaks and valleys. From the military to wild land firefighting, the oil industry to church planting and running a non-profit organization. I have consistently seen the need and value of leadership, speaking and coaching. Although the titles of those things varied, it was what was required for me to have a successful mission. As I grew older I realized that there were 3 dynamic words that I had lived by at the expectation of others. Those 3 words have changed the trajectory of my life time and time again. Leading me into various avenues of development, Seminary, numerous leadership, safety and educational courses. Certification with the Maxwell Leadership Group, authoring my first book and creating developmental content for church's and organizations. Now I live by those words on purpose, by adding values to other peoples lives. Those 3 words are Inspire, Encourage and Challenge, hence the name  (IEC Journey) Welcome to the Journey my friend.
