Transform trauma and stress into clarity, resilience, and power — with the tools and courage to lead, decide, and create real change.

Self-leadership before all else

Priscilla Jaya – Speaker, Trainer, Coach
Specialising in Mental Health, Wellbeing, Trauma, and Leadership

"When you do what you love, you'll never work another day in your life." Priscilla lives by this principle, channeling her passion into her work as The Human Alchemist and The CPR Chick — empowering individuals and communities through mental health advocacy, trauma recovery, suicide prevention, and life-saving education.

After losing her brother to suicide, Priscilla embarked on a journey to equip herself — and others — with the tools to prevent such tragedies. As The CPR Chick, she delivers critical training on suicide prevention, mental health/brain health, and Mental Health First Aid — facilitating tough conversations that save lives.

As The Human Alchemist, she guides clients worldwide as a Trauma Coach, working with clients impacted by domestic violence, religious trauma, sexual abuse, addiction, abandonment, anxiety, and PTSD, in bringing about holistic transformations. Her own lived experiences with PTSD, depression, suicidality, bullying, harassment, and trauma have fueled her resilience — refusing to stay in victim mode, she healed and now inspires others to do the same.

Priscilla's leadership and mental health training career began in 2015. Certified by John C. Maxwell, a Master Trainer with MHFA International, she blends influence, empathy, and real-world wisdom.

As Einstein noted, "Information is not knowledge. The only source of knowledge is experience." Priscilla doesn't just teach — she imparts wisdom drawn from personal triumphs, client transformations, and facilitating workshops for workplaces navigating bullying, harassment, or suicide crises.

Her dynamic speaking style blends vulnerability and humor, creating profound emotional connections and inspiring actionable change in recovery, resilience, and well-being. She has delivered trainings, presentations, and spoken at and for diverse organisations, including representing Beyond Blue (Australia's leading Mental Health Organisation) as a Speaker and Ambassador in Australia

In addition to her core work, Priscilla serves as an Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Withdrawal Specialist Nurse, applying evidence-based strategies in withdrawal management and brain health optimisation.
