As a Board certified physician, a certified coach, and speaker , Dr. Perrotte leads learning experiences that are tailored to meet the specific needs of the audience(s), to help improve communication, efficiency, growth, awareness and effectiveness. Dr. Perrotte spent over 19 years in clinical practice in diverse settings with diverse populations ranging from the inner city to rural. Her passion for special needs was born out of having a child with special needs and navigating the medical system.
Throughout her career, Dr. Perrotte has held various leadership roles. In these roles, Dr. Perrotte faced and recovered from racial discrimination, dealing with Imposter Syndrome, balancing work and family and speaking with one voice. Later on in her career, Dr. Nicole realized her challenges were dramatically different from her counterparts, although they were serving in the same positions and environments which led her to seek coaching from various professionals who were able to help her find practical tools for the the multiple complex problems.
