Heather Hall
We can't always control what happens, but we can choose how we react and respond. I help people choose a positive mindset to achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
There's no denying that life sometimes weaves crazy plot twists into our lives. But what if we choose to not get stuck in negative emotions and instead choose joy and gratitude? What if we choose to write a new chapter from those plot twists?
Heather Hall has written many new chapters in her life, especially as a three-time cancer survivor. Diagnosed with bone cancer at age 21, Heather quickly learned the impact a positive attitude had on her life, which helped her through melanoma and breast cancer too. She is passionate about helping others embrace a positive mindset, even during life’s challenges. She brings that passion to her speeches, workshops and projects to help people understand that they can still choose positivity and love their life even when facing challenges.
Through simple, yet effective lessons and powerful real-world examples, Heather helps people train their brain to choose positivity so audiences can achieve their goal and overcome challenges.
BUT SHE DOESN'T STOP THERE!
Heather is a passionate changemaker and meets often with state and federal legislators for cancer and health issues, leads advocacy trainings and has been interviewed about her work by media, blogs and more. She also weaves her personal experiences as a cancer survivor and caregiver (her dad died from multiple myeloma) with more than a decade of professional experience as a healthcare communications executive to raise awareness of the patient experience and why patients need to be an active part of their care.
Heather brings over two decades of experience in public relations, marketing, leadership and advocacy in multiple industries, including healthcare, nonprofit, finance and education. She also hosts Heather's Hangout, a blog about living beyond cancer and owns a communications consulting firm, Three Oaks Media.
Heather believes in the power of CHOICE - and that includes choosing to live your life to the fullest. So what will YOU choose today?
