Mental Health | Survivor of chronic depression turned concert pianist and entrepreneur | Helping schools and organizations thrive by building a resilient and compassionate culture | "Keynote Concerts" infuse high-energy and humorous storytelling with live original music

Looking for a mental health and wellness speaker who won’t bore you to tears?

I help schools and organizations go from surviving to thriving by focusing on the potential and strength of the human mind. My lighthearted approach blends humorous storytelling with live original music to help retain the teaching content and create an unforgettable experience.

Resilience is a mental muscle that can be developed. Resilient students and employees recover faster from setbacks, maintain focus, and are more adaptable in today’s fast-changing world. They are more likely to succeed and thrive regardless of their external circumstances.

Having navigated my own journey through suicidal depression, I know what it feels like to be trapped in the prison of one’s own mind. Despite a grim prognosis from my therapist, I rewrote my story and built a successful and fulfilling life. This journey taught me —

Life isn’t always easy, but we are built to do hard things.

When you truly love yourself, you can weather any storm in life. When you become your ideal parent and best friend, you begin to heal and thrive.

Success isn’t about perfection or performance—it’s about becoming the best version of yourself. Very often, what we perceive as failures and misfortunes are simply misalignments of our expectations.

Resilience is a decision, a healthy expectation for life and ourselves. It’s a commitment to bounce back no matter what life throws at us. It’s wanting to give up but keep going anyway. It’s choosing to turn our pain into fuel, and our setbacks into stepping stones.

If you're ready to bring meaningful and lasting change to your school or organization, let's chat! I would love to help you cultivate a resilient and thriving culture.
