Cristina Wilson

Cristina Solis Wilson is a distinguished Combat Veteran with over 25 years of exemplary service in the U.S. Army. A decorated military professional, she has completed six deployments and earned numerous accolades for her commitment to discipline and courage. Cristina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Texas-Pan American, complemented by over two decades of law enforcement experience.

As Chief Strategy Officer at Entrepreneur Power Network, Cristina's dynamic leadership style draws upon her military experiences, making her a highly sought-after keynote speaker, business strategist, and mentor. Her journey reflects resilience, continuous improvement, and a profound commitment to service.

In addition to her military contributions, Cristina is a dedicated entrepreneur and CEO of CM Institute of Leadership LLC. Here, she empowers the workforce through coaching, training, and leadership speaking engagements. In 2012, she co-founded Crossroads Academy, a non-profit aimed at cultivating leadership skills among economically disadvantaged youth.

Cristina is also an International Trainer and Coach for the John Maxwell Team, contributing significantly to the "Transformación Paraguay" project, which trained over 20,000 Paraguayan leaders.

Her commitment to leadership education is evident in her recent role as Immediate Past Chair of the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas-RGV Chapter (HWNT-RGV). She was recognized in 2023 as “Chapter of the Year” and co-founded AMVETS Post 107 in 2017, dedicated to supporting veterans and improving their quality of life.

Cristina’s influence extends beyond professional achievements; she was honored as the 2024 Latina of Influence by Hispanic Lifestyle and received the 2023 Woman of Influence award from SUCCESS Magazine. Actively engaged in her community, she supports local organizations such as the RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, AMVETS, Organization of Women Executives, and the National Hispanic Professional Organization. Her accolades also include the "Estrella de Tejas" Award (2022), "Hispanic Women Making History" Award (2022) and “Women of Distinction” Award (2017).

Recently completing the Women's Leadership Program at Yale University, Cristina balances her professional pursuits with her role as a devoted wife to Michael Wilson and a nurturing mother to Michelle and Christian.

As an author of "Finding Your Why," which won the International Impact Book Award in 2024, Cristina offers invaluable insights that inspire others to unlock their potential.
