In his early career, Kurt was a development leader that helped grow one of America's largest mortgage companies from a few hundred people to a staggering 23,000 team members.
Pivoting from finance to professional athletics, Mr. Richardson began helping professional athletes achieve excellence in their lives off the field and away from the court. Kurt has worked with over 300 NBA and NFL players (including 50 first-round picks) to help them reach their full potential away from the game.
Utilizing his infectious energy and his passion to help others be and do more, Kurt has shared the stage with some of the nation's most notable speakers. Mr. Richardson has delivered transformational experiences to team members at PowerAde, Stringo Media, Health One, ePrize, Service Master, Rocket Mortgage, Two Men and a Truck, Darden Restaurants, and many other notable organizations.
