Tineke Rensen is a business scaling expert for women.
She also helps close the gender gap in organizations, by making allies of men and women who support the women in their company to thrive. Tineke uses her Equity Bridge SystemTM for her teachings and trainings.
She has 30+ years of personal business expertise. She is an international bestselling author, multiple award-winning entrepreneur, and international sports athlete, she represented her country, The Netherlands, in world and Euro cups with white water kayaking.
She has set up multiple global businesses.
Tineke discovered when you want to become a female industry leader, there are two things you have to do:
1. Work on personal leadership.
2. Adopt masculine skills.
The business world is masculine. Feminine people M/F struggle and often settle. The system is overpowering them.
It's Tineke's mission to transform the masculine business world into a balanced system where feminine traits are equally important.
Tineke grew up playing with boys. She competed in dangerous sports. Her first business was teaching her clients outdoor and survival sports. Her employees were men; her competitors were ALL men.
Men have always been her role models, until she started working with women.
They seemed to come from a different planet.
Tineke transitioned from a masculine woman to a balanced woman who uses masculine and feminine skills when needed.
Her transition was needed to be able to work with feminine women as well. They did not like the masculine Tineke.
She tehrefore understands men and women very well. (Men and women can be predominantly masculine or feminine we all have both traits)
