Cath Lloyd
BS(Hons) PGCE
Dudley, UKCath supports university students and small to medium sized companies to increase their resilience through the Emotional Freedom Methodology enhancing their performance, productivity and wellbeing
After over 25 years teaching in adult education, 14 years of which were in male jail Cath has been involved with a wide range of personalities and circumstances.
This has supported Cath in being able to see the other side of the story. Life is not always as it seems everyone has a different story to tell but a different story that can easily influence their relationships, productivity, efficiency as well their well-being and thirst for life.
Personal circumstances can affect us all. Whether we choose to believe this or not. Cath is a believer and practitioner in self-honesty and really being in touch with her thoughts and feelings. This is a subject close to her heart and which she spoke about in her TEDx Wolverhampton talk, "Children of Transgender Parents Need Support Too", and her book "When Dad Became Joan".
Cath also facilitates workshops around her 4 Steps to Emotional Freedom program helping her clients to restore calm and peacefulness after the turmoil of massive change in their life.
Cath brings to her workshops and talks a sensitivity that will connect with those who are searching for a change, transforming their life so they can create their new normal and love life again.
The audience will take away with them:
- The importance of values and how they can connect with them to help shape their future.
- A deep focus on the importance of acceptance of past issues and how to let them go.
- Map out how to move nearer to their future dreams and where to begin taking action.
