Cindy is affectionately called the Busy Woman’s Cheerleader, yet empowers co-ed audiences, and clients alike with her authentic candor and often unbiased perspectives. Cindy is a savvy, thought leader. A seasoned professional, that is known for her unintentional humor and innate ability to infuse energy and good vibes in the room; encouraging all to become life-time learners, eager to pursue their dreams no matter what stage of life they're in. Ultimately giving them permission to live life more abundantly - because they owe it to themselves!
Starting her first business in ‘99, she is now a serial entrepreneur, humanitarian, author, mom and glam-mom, with a mission to empower and teach a diverse community of like-minded individuals to THRIVE 360: in mind, body, spirit and finances on purpose. She has been a consistent business owner for over 20 years. She has owned businesses in manufacturing, wholesale, specialty retail, holistic health and wellness, real estate and construction. In addition to owning her own businesses, Cindy holds degrees in both Accounting and Business Administration; is a lifetime member of Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society, has multiple niche certifications and Board of Directors’ seats.
Her businesses have encompassed both independent and collaborative operations. She's passionate about empowering visionaries/entrepreneurs; and specializes in mindset shifting, business development, helping individuals break through their limiting beliefs and unlock extraordinary potential. As an actively practicing CFO she enjoys educating small business owners with accounting tools and all aspects of financial solutions to help them start, scale and establish companies that thrive in the global marketplace.
Her motto: “Never become complacent, there is always more for you to do, see and be.” stems from the cycles of toxic relationships she was able to disconnect from. As a young mother and young bride, in an abusive relationship, Cindy found herself homeless trying to get out of it. Refusing to become a statistic, she was able to change her mindset towards her own self worth enough to flee abuse and realign her focus on building a life of peace, and progress, fulfilling her dream of business ownership and empowering anyone who would listen to not lose their voice in adversity, their passion from fear, or their faith in their inner-powers to succeed on their own terms.
Capturing her audiences with a relatable voice; Cindy’s messages come from a place of real world experiences. That of resilience, overcoming obstacles, defying odds, and keeping the faith, while encouraging a lifetime of optimism; personal and professional development in order to capitalize on one’s unique self and thrive in every area of life.
After declaring semi-retirement from being a certified Accountant and Business Finance Coach for almost thirty years, she now embraces the nuances of her second career as a "Purpose Pusher" speaker-teacher, coach. One day, she had an epiphany, that she did not have to choose another career-path because this is what is expected at her stage in life, yet that is was more beneficial to her, her teams, audiences and clients to do it all! Use every skill, every gift and every talent to help people grow into the best version of themselves. She has grown into a prolific speaker with a who engages her audience by bringing wisdom and clear insight from a single parent's perspective on through to a corporate executive, and entrepreneur's viewpoint. Cindy delivers messages to inspire and educate her audiences on the importance of continual personal and professional development, and its impact in every area of life.
She is the former founding President of the National Association of Professional Women - Central Florida Chapter. The founder of A Grateful Mind International that helps individuals and families with children emerge from homelessness and poverty; and is currently the Managing Partner of The Busy Woman’s Network where she impacts lives of women from all walks of life that need help resetting their personal GPS's.
Living by her personal motto to "Never become complacent." Cindy consistently holds herself accountable to lead by example, continue to educate and challenge herself, her audiences and clients regarding the importance of building legacies simultaneously to removing the barriers that block their paths to holistic growth, success, and productivity both personally and professionally. As a living example of being a bounce back Queen, refusing to remain a victim, she's experienced triumphs and failures that make her mirror what faith, perseverance and resilience looks like.
