Karen Fullerton
Karen Fullerton is a former marketing executive working for various colleges and universities, including The University of Michigan, as well as retail development companies. She is also a multi-entrepreneur earning several ADDY awards in her first business—a boutique marketing agency.
Her second entrepreneurial endeavor is when Karen found her best alignment. In 2009, her Siberian Husky, Sergei, inspired her to become the founder and CEO of The Sergei Foundation—a 501c(3) organization with a mission focused on saving the lives of sick and injured pets for low-income families.
Karen’s been featured on all the NC Piedmont Triad and Coastal news stations and in Cape Fear Magazine for raising more than a million dollars for the foundation and helping several thousand pets. Her event, Triad Dog Games®, received state-wide attention and was the featured cover story for Happy Tales and Paw Prints Magazines.
Paralleling her business career, in 2002 Karen began her journey as an energy worker and is a Reiki Master and Certified Quantum Energy Practitioner. Her paths organically converged, and she is now a professional speaker with the mission of empowering women to flourish and “Spiral Up” their own success by learning to integrate energy awareness with strategy.
Karen is a contributing author for Amazon’s #1 release, Invisible No More, and author of her teaching memoir, Sergei’s Eyes, Reflections of Soul Lessons.
Her hobbies include jazz and hip-hop dancing, outdoor activities, playing board games with her musically talented husband, and spending time with their pets.
