"I first met Katie Rigsby when she did a couple of seminars at Edcon in Seattle. I knew in that moment that she is who I aspire to be. I had followed her platforms ever since. A year after this chance meeting, I was working towards my CAM and found her extremely effective video on Youtube to memorize the cash flow formula. I had less than a week until my exam, on a whim I reached out to Katie through Instagram to see if she had any other tips or tricks, and was pleasantly shocked and surprised at her quick response. She was not only willing to work with me, she cleared her schedule on a Saturday just to spend the time coaching me through my areas of struggle. She had a reasonable rate that offered a 20 minute introduction to pin point the trouble areas, followed by a one hour one-on-on tutoring session. She is so patient and her teaching style is one that works! She also helps you understand, not just what’s on the test, but how the knowledge can be applied in your everyday life. Most tutors would leave it at that. But no, Katie was gracious enough to stay in contact with me and give me some last minute tips and pointers. She stayed with me until the end! When I passed my exam I sent her a quick text to let her know and she responded with a phone call letting me know that she know I could do it, and gave me some additional advice on how to take my credentials with me and apply them to my growing career.
