Covid kicked me in the gut and I am sure many millions of others also had the same experience.  My work was shut down.

For years I had worked with and educated people in many industries and roles concerning  real estate and finding the perfect place to call home.    The backlash of recovery from Covid created airwaves, podcasts, countless articles and  newscasts regarding the health of companies as they struggled to find a "new" normal.  The mission, vision, and values had become lost.


As I observed, read and listened, it became clear to me that the problems being aired had been present before Covid but kept under wraps.  The move to remote work pushed the envelope and it was clear that a sickness existed that needed to be addressed before industries went into a tail spin.


When I went to the doctor to determine if I was really sick, the process created a visual  that I could apply to the sickness in the business world.  The basic Vital Signs established who I was and created a baseline to measure my continued wellness.

THIS PROCESS IS AN ANALOGY TO THE HEAL AND WELLNESS OF AN ORGANIZATION.


Using this process I have created workshops, keynotes and coaching programs to grow leaders to be the best they can be and have workplaces where people want to be.  This ends the micromanaging, frustrations, and lack of purpose in the organization. Whether in the classroom, on stage or in confidential  coaching situations, my goal is to grow leaders to be authentic, strong and vulnerable to the ever changing world of business.
