Dr. Foster is the Leadership Strategist and CEO of Intentionally Me, LLC, a dynamic Leadership Development Company that provides a safe, welcoming place for Leaders to build their Leadership skills.
Dr. Foster served in the Army more than 25 years, commanding units and leading diverse staff elements. Her military career culminated with Leadership and project management of a portfolio of critical technology capabilities for enhanced Soldier dominance. She graduated from the United States Military Academy (West Point) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences and returned to West Point twice for faculty assignments within the Department of Chemistry and Life Sciences. In addition to her project management and defense acquisition experience and credentials, she earned a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry, Master of Arts degree in Acquisition and Procurement Management, and Doctorate in Science Education during her military career.
Following military retirement as Colonel, Dr. Foster founded Intentionally Me, LLC to empower and support organizations and emerging Leaders in creating inclusive, non-toxic cultures and leading with intentionality and confidence.
An advocate of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics education and devoted to economic empowerment of women and veterans, Dr. Foster’s message of intentionality and ability motivates diverse groups, ranging from national Leaders to non-governmental organizations to elementary students. Keynoting during the inaugural Veteran Women Igniting The Spirit of Entrepreneurship National Conference 2014 with a conference theme of "Bold Enough To Make It Happen" was a particularly meaningful achievement for her. Bold, relentless, and compassionate, Dr. Foster’s life epitomizes the intersection of two of her life principles: “Do something about it!” and “Success is intentional!”
