Way back in the 4th century BC, Heraclitus said words to the effect that ‘The Only constant in Life is change.’ More true today than ever.

Change disrupts. Companies lose market share, income and reputation. Therefore, people lose confidence, certainty and comfort.


Yet, out there, beyond comfort zones where nothing changes, the real magic happens.


In this fast-changing world, those who initiate change or adapt to it fast reap the benefits. The rest are left to try and catch up.
