certified virtual presenter

Your people are talented. But talent doesn't guarantee trust.

Competence gets people promoted. Cues decide whether they're trusted and followed. When leaders can read cues and respond to people in real time, people feel seen and heard. And when that happens, those leaders become the kind of person others want to work for.

Kristin Bock shows emerging leaders how to close the connection deficit by mastering the unspoken side of communication, so their presence matches their competence.

When leaders tune into their cues, they can:

Build trust faster with clients, teams, and audiences

Make a strong first impression, in person and on screen

Become more influential, engaging, and relatable

Show empathy people can actually see

Show up with warmth and confidence, the combination people trust most

People feel like you "get them." They're more willing to go the extra mile, and they move you into the "know, like, and trust" category every strong working relationship depends on. As Kristin puts it: warmth + confidence = charisma. And charisma isn't born. It's built.

WHY KRISTIN
Kristin learned to read people long before she taught it. She spent more than 25 years in the nonprofit world working with adults with developmental disabilities, many of them nonverbal, where noticing what wasn't said was the job. She went on to lead a training department, and in 2018 she left that career to pursue her love of body language full time. Fifteen years of hosting exchange students from around the world taught her the rest about rapport across cultures.

Today she is the founder of Body Language Blueprints, a certified trainer through The Science of People, a TEDx speaker and speaker coach, and has been featured on The List and WFRV Local 5 News. She has trained thousands of professionals and spoken for the Wisconsin Bankers Association, the Illinois Credit Union League, the North Dakota CPA Society, Kentucky NIGP, and National Exchange Bank & Trust.

WHAT SETS HER APART
Most body language training stops at posture and eye contact. Kristin teaches all six cue channels: face, body, voice, space, style, and digital presence. That last one matters more than ever. Today's leaders build (or lose) trust in emails, chats, and video calls long before they walk into a room.

Her SAS method gives audiences a simple, repeatable way to put it into practice: Spot what you're sending. Assess what's landing. Shape how you want to show up.

WHAT AUDIENCES CAN EXPECT
Kristin's programs are research-based and genuinely fun. Expect laughter, a few "wait, that's me" moments, and language that sticks long after the event. (Cues are clues.™) Attendees leave with practical tools they can use in their very next meeting, email, or video call.

She delivers keynotes, workshops, and multi-session virtual series for conferences and organizations developing their next generation of leaders.

Kristin also believes civility and inclusion start with how we show up for each other, especially with people whose viewpoints differ from our own. Or, as her grandpa used to say, "We're all quirky different, so you better know how to relate!"

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT KRISTIN
Kristin self-identifies as a "Nonverbal Nerd" and has been told more than once that she's Edna Mode's real-life doppelgänger. Like Edna, she believes every hero deserves the right equipment. Hers just happens to be cues. She still hopes to one day be viewed as cool by her children.

Kristin's expertise on body language is superb. I have worked with her on TEDx Oshkosh for seven years and have seen how much she cares for and truly helps each and every speaker. She recently put herself on the "red dot" to see what the other speakers experience first hand.

From the first minute I saw her powerful, info-packed social posts, I knew we had to have Kristin Bock, Executive Presence and Body Language Expert, as a presenter for Wisconsin Women in Tech. From the moment she took the stage, it was clear she is a rare, BRILIANT talent. Kristin is a gifted educator, keynote speaker, and communication strategist who blends research-based insights with humor and authenticity. Her expertise in executive presence, nonverbal communication, and leadership development is practical, inspiring, and transformative. So impressed by her message and delivery, I invited Kristin to speak at Associated Bank for our Women’s Community Resource Group—twice! Each time, she captivated the audience and left colleagues with actionable tools to strengthen their presence, enhance leadership impact, and build stronger connections. More importantly, she instilled a lasting sense of confidence and empowerment. Kristin is more than a presenter. She’s a trusted coach, engaging facilitator, and thought-leader in leadership communication. She helps professionals see the best in themselves and equips them to let that shine through. If you are looking for someone who will both inspire and elevate your teams with immediate and lasting results, Kristin is the person you want in the room.

I had the pleasure of working with Kristin Bock (Body Language Blueprint) for our (Illinois Credit Union League) Women’s Leadership Conference and I can confidently say that she was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment she took the stage, her energy, insight, and authenticity captivated the entire audience. And don’t forget body language! Kristin delivered a message that was not only relevant, but also deeply impactful and eye opening. Her ability to blend real-world experience with actionable takeaways made her session one of the most talked-about sessions of the event. Whether it was through storytelling, humor, or real-life examples, she engaged the audience in a way that was both inspiring and relatable. If you're looking for a speaker who brings value, credibility, and genuine passion to the stage, I highly recommend Kristin Bock (Body Language Blueprint). Her contribution made a lasting impression, and I’d jump at the opportunity to hear her speak again! Thank you Kristin!

Kristin gave a keynote address on body language and avoiding the pitfalls of "cueless-ness." It was one of the most fun and interactive sessions I've been fortunate enough to take part in. Kristin tailored her presentation to the needs of our group and left us with a lot of memorable takeaways. She's fun and funny and knows her stuff. I won't hesitate to recommend Kristin Bock to anyone looking for a speaker.

Kristin's presentation on Body Language was spot on! She connected with our YMCA leaders every moment throughout her keynote. We laugh, we were energized, we stopped and really thought about what our faces say about our attitude and how the world views us. Never have I ever been so intentional about tilting my head or unclenching my teeth! :) We would (and already have!) highly recommend her!

Kristin Bock and her presentation hit the mark for our Communications Strategies discussion. In building the topic for our group, she was very professional, prompt, flexible and easy to work with. Her presentation was lively, entertaining, and produced a lot of "aha" moments for the participants. Our group is rooted in developing our next leaders, and Kristin gave them a lot of amazing strategies to improve their inter-personal interactions with co-workers and clients. She will be a regular for our series going forward, if she'll have us.

We want to offer a round of applause to Kristin Bock, owner of Body Language Blueprints. Kristin is a favorite speaker for our group, as her insight into non-verbal communication plays right into our understanding of first impressions in the marketplace. Whether in a vendor market or meeting a potential gallery opportunity for the first time, artisans and makers need to understand how to portray the personality traits they want to resonate positively with potential clients, and Kristin’s methods of introducing real-life examples with humor and understanding make everything she brings to light engaging and insightful. Thank you so much for joining us again, Kristin!

If you are planning a presentation, nervous about public speaking, or want to connect better with people, please, for the love of all things, reach out to Kristin Bock! Said simply, she is a powerhouse - yet also relatable, down to earth, and oh so insightful. I first saw her speak at WHIMA in Wisconsin in 2023. She spoke of body language and how humans desire connection. It stuck with me all year. So when I decided to try my hand as a presenter this year, I reached out, hoping she would point me in the right direction to some of her resources. Well, I got so much more than that! She has helped my presentation stand out and grab attention, gave me tips for speaking in front of a crowd, as well as suggested multiple resources, all of which have enhanced my confidence. I am so grateful she and I connected, and I urge you to do the same. She is so much fun and instantly puts you at ease. You won’t regret it!

Kristin has made an indelible impression on me, personally, as well as all of our team at J.Geiger Consulting. We’ve learned so much this past year by partnering with her and putting into play Body Language Blueprints. In short, we are better speakers, presenters and exhibitors at conferences. We’ve improved our non verbal communication through web meetings, emails and texts not to mention our increased awareness of our behaviors that impact our message. It has helped our team be better in the field for both our ability to serve but also for their career growth. Kristin helped us evaluate our event booth, itself, to make it eye catching and bold. She also helped us be a stand out at the events because we knew what body language to exhibit. I am ever-grateful to Kristin.

Hi Kristin, I want to take a moment to thank you for the training you did with our leadership team at our leadership retreat last week. You came highly recommended but the training you did exceeded my expectations. Three things jumped out and have left a lasting impact: Your personality and communication style. Your presentation was warm and relatable but highly entertaining! The use of images to illustrate your concepts combined with your friendly upbeat personality reeled my team in immediately. Your content: Body language is a vast and complicated subject. The concepts you introduced were relevant to my team and presented in a context that they could understand and apply. You skillfully engaged my team in discussion leading to greater buy in. Your preparation: You took the time to meet with me ahead of time and customize your presentation to our goals and the strengths of my team. You really cared! Overall, the training you did with our leadership team was so valuable and impactful! Since the training I hear my leadership team sharing what they learned with their reports and using the concepts both internally and with customers. I am already seeing a difference in communication style and empathy. Thank you so much. I intend to bring you back for another presentation with our entire team.

I was introduced to Kristin when our Wisconsin Women in Technology chapter invited her to speak to our local and statewide chapters. Kristin’s presentations were well received, as evidenced by the feedback data collected after her events. Both her in-person and virtual sessions were engaging and even had members inquiring about the tech she used during her online event! In preparation for being on a big national stage, I personally reached out to Kristin to help me refine my large audience speaking skills and to ensure I was showing up authentically. Kristin is a delightful person who helped remind me how to present myself in my best form. While we can have intentions to say and do the right things in life, at times, our nonverbal communication may portray just the opposite. Sometimes it's good to call in a professional, and I’m glad Kristin and I have partnered together on these projects.

Kristin Bock was incredibly helpful in a pinch when we had a speaker cancel on short notice. Our original engagement together was scheduled for June, but she was quickly able to pivot and train our audience a day later. As she said to the group "I may have been plan B, but I brought my A game." Kristin certainly did bring her A game. The content was highly-customized and delivered in an engaging way through her fun personality, unique slides, and self-quizzes. Most importantly, the content was actionable - 100% of feedback respondents said the training was easy to apply. I look forward to working with Kristin again!
