Our event went SO well! I think Jason did an excellent job and was just the right person for what we needed. I think he really got through to most of our people and everyone walked away with thing(s) of value. We have plans to continue leadership development throughout the year to build from what Jason started and then do some internal wrap ups of the years’ learning in late October. He did a great job of getting people to think deeper about why people are not engaged and the importance of the relationship building piece of it through the exercises he has us do. I think there were some pretty hard hitting “a ha” moments.

I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Jason on several programs for our customers. Whether a large main-stage session, a hands-on workshop, a webinar or a virtual hacklab, he applies the same energy, creativity and passion to his work and to his partnership with us. He consistently engages his audience on any topic he explores, while providing really practical ways to put new ideas into practice.

I just wanted to drop a quick note of thanks for your presentation this afternoon. Your message was well aligned with our overall conference theme and was a great follow-up to our sessions on inspirational leadership and our Speed of Trust “book club.” And given the challenging environment we have to meet in, you did a great job keeping everyone very engaged (in a virtual world). Awesome job! The feedback I’ve received so far has been nothing but positive! Speaking of your presentation, I was curious as to what software you used to create it. It’s more engaging than simply sharing a slide deck. If you can share, I’d appreciate it.

Jason was a hit at MHEDA’s Annual Convention. The true testimonial is when an attendee follows up with us immediately after our meeting asking for a speaker’s handout materials. Jason was gracious to comply right away and our attendee was thrilled. I personally took away some great nuggets to implement internally. I highly recommend Jason and we hope to work with him again.

The day was indeed wonderful. Jason was warm, personable, engaging, and insightful. I benefited from personal, small group sharing and from his presentations. We will plan to send the formal reviews out soon, but all of the anecdotal feedback from the day was exceedingly positive. One of the things I have meditated on most since last week was this particular line, "Uncertainty is bad in every relationship." I have used that as a spur toward more positive relations at work and in my personal life. We are grateful for Jason and his service to us. I hope to connect again in the future.

Jason spoke at our conference full of HR professionals and organizational leaders, and received top-notch ratings from our attendees. His presentation was so engaging and upbeat, and there was so much energy in the room when he kicked off his session. Jason provided practical and specific tips on how to have a check-in conversation with staff, and there were plenty of takeaways that our attendees can implement at their organizations. Jason crafted his examples, stories and key points in a way that really resonated with our audience. He was organized and professional during every step of the planning process, and I highly recommend inviting Jason to speak at your next event.
