Jonathan “Nathan” Flacker is a Regional Chief Clinical Office for JenCare. a division of  ChenMed, a physician run privately held company that has created a unique primary care driven practice model focused on the needs of low to moderate income Medicare eligible older adults through full risk Medicare Advantage. So the first thing to recognize is Nathan loves seniors.


Dr. Flacker received his undergraduate degree from Emory University and M.D. from the University of Chicago- Pritzker School of Medicine, Chicago. He did his Internal Medicine-Primary Care Residency at the University of Alabama – Birmingham and then completed his Geriatric Medicine Fellowship at the Harvard Division on Aging. He was the first full time Geriatrician at Grady Health System, and founded the Emma I Darnell Geriatrics Center at Grady. So the second thing to recognize is Nathan can speak to perseverance and determination to reach goals.


Dr. Flacker formerly was a faculty member for 16 years at Emory University School of Medicine where he was a Professor of Medicine and Section Chief of Geriatrics and Gerontology. He is Fellow of the American Geriatrics Society and a section editor for the Geriatrics Review Syllabus, Dr Flacker is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. So the third thing to recognize is Nathan has over a decade of ongoing leadership experience.
