I am an experienced leader and author with over 26 years of direct leadership experience. I am a West Point graduate and former Army officer. I also served as an executive in one of the top design and construction organizations in the world. My career has taken me overseas to places such as China, where I was part of building Shanghai Disney Resort. Recently I lived in Europe building a cruise ship and sailed from Germany to Singapore.
My experience in high stress project environments where we were expected to do the impossible inspired me to create a simple framework for leadership and team development that I have outlined in my recent book. This book is planned for launch in early fall 2026.
My passion for leadership has grown to a desire to share my experiences and learning o er the years. From West Point to Disney I have experienced unique situations and common challenges seen by leaders at every level. My desire is to ensure leaders at all levels are equipped to develop dynamic, high performing teams. I have been able to do this repeatedly in some of the most challenging situations both at home and overseas. I believe that others can do this as well.
