Dr. Regina Banks-Hall, DBA, SHRM-CP, is a best-selling author, international speaker, university dean, and grants director with a distinguished career spanning higher education, leadership development, and organizational transformation. She is the Founder and CEO of RBH Professional Development Institute, LLC, where she leads small-business coaching, corporate training, grant development, and professional publishing services.

As a University Dean of Graduate Studies, Dr. Banks-Hall oversees graduate education with a specialization in adult learning and applied leadership. She teaches courses in leadership, economics, human resource management, marketing, and management, and is widely recognized for her expertise in academic leadership, program development, and learner engagement.
