Vivian helps organizations of all sizes boost morale and productivity by getting to the heart of it — emotions in the workplace.

Vivian Cobb is a multi-passionate entrepreneur. She began her career in video and film production in Dallas, Texas, as co-owner of a production company for 12 years, before moving to Colorado Springs, Colorado. For the last 20 years, Vivian has been in the real estate industry and owns Cobb Real Estate, a boutique brokerage.

In 2017, Vivian walked into her first Toastmasters meeting, hoping to improve her speaking skills to pursue a long-lost dream of being a public speaker. Her passion for sharing her story led to the establishment of Vivian Cobb Speaking in 2019. She has since earned her Distinguished Toastmaster designation and has become a 2x TEDx speaker. Vivian is the author of two coloring books, “Negativity Clouds Truth” and “The Receptacle,” and is currently writing two more books with expected publication dates in early 2023. She is sought out by corporations and organizations, virtually and in-person, all over the world.

Vivian calls herself an “emotions advocate.” This role evolved due to many devastating personal challenges and losses throughout her life. Having leveraged the lessons presented during those challenges for her personal and professional success, she is on a mission to inspire others to understand how important it is to embrace emotions rather than hide from or stuff those them. Vivian guides her audiences and clients to confront the misconceptions about emotions (they’re not bad) and challenges them to view their emotions as having everything to do with how they maneuver through their lives. She brings all her experiences, storytelling talent, and vibrant personality to the stage as an international inspirational speaker, consultant to managers and team leaders, and speaker coach for TEDx and private clients.

Unbeknownst to her, her home was in foreclosure, there was no money in any of the bank accounts, and her once millionaire...
