I'm Nicole, a Postpartum Health and Fitness Coach. I have a 12 week coaching program designed to help overwhelmed moms lose weight so they can have the energy to raise their babies and feel amazing in their body again.
In order to do this, you need 3 things:
- Long Term Strategy. You need a strategy that actually works over the long run and can be adjusted for each season you’re in. Not one that keeps you yo-yo dieting. When you do this right, you never feel like you’ve gotten off track and need to start over yet again. This strategy is what helps you lose fat and keep it off for good.
- Imperfect Action. The second thing you need is embracing the perfectly imperfect. Too many times women get caught up in getting it all right: their diet, their exercise, and everything in between. Focusing on getting it all perfect leads to frustration, disappointment, and quitting (again). Life is not perfect and this can lead to feeling like you’ve failed and gotten off track again.
- Flexibility. The third thing you need to master is being flexible. We also too often get caught up in what worked for us 20 years ago but that isn’t working for us today. That’s in the way you eat, how you exercise, and your mindset. Learning how to lean into those changes instead of resistance. We’ll build upon knowing what does not work for you into what does work for you.
