Ron Collier received his PhD in Training and Development from Purdue University.  He then became Training Coordinator for a large Air Conditioning Manufacturer with over 12000 small business clients.  HIs role was to help these clients grow their businesses and become profitable organizations.

In 1984, Ron started his own consulting firm, Collier Consulting Group, to help all small businesses succeed.  His workshops, webinars, coaching, software and keynote addresses have been enjoyed by over 8000 businesses in North America.  He has worked with businesses as small as $600k to over $57M.  HIs expertise comes from actually visiting over 1200 small businesses in the contracting and retail markets to learn what works and does not work.

His newest book, Profit is An Attitude:  The Strategies to Optimize Profits is now in its second printing and gives the strategies all small businesses owners need to be successful.  His presentations are informative and his many stories of successes and failures keep you on the edge of your seat.
