I am a person of value who values people, and believes in adding value to people. I have been married since 2009 and have three children. I am a husband and father with a mission to live life to the fullest. I believe in letting my values guide my decisions with the mindset of being a lifelong learner and growing along the way.
Leadership is influence, nothing more and nothing less. My leadership and coaching journey has experience in both the corporate world as well as non-profits. I have worked for and with billion dollar corporations while helping them to achieve their goals and retaining their most valuable resource, the people. I have also helped non-profits reach their audience by helping them to clarify their vision and mission, while maintaining volunteers.
I am currently leading by coaching and training individuals and their teams. My passion is to help others close the gap of where they are and where they want to be. Having put together leadership pipelines myself, I understand the importance of the systems and structures that help organizations to be successful. More important than the systems are the relationships that are created within an organization that really makes the difference.
