Ana was the Vice President at Randstad Operational Talent Solutions for 20 years, and the previous Vice Chair of Services with the South Florida Manufacturers Association for 11 years. Growing up in a manufacturing family, Ana is passionate about the industry and has dedicated her HR and staffing career serving manufacturers from California to Florida.
