I was raised in a small town in Southern Utah of 500 people. There were 15 students in my graduating high school class thanks to two foreign students from Brazil! Contrary to what people think who grow up in larger cities, there was plenty to do in my small town, one of which was work!

My father was killed when I was 6 years old, leaving my mother to raise her two youngest children, two boys ages 10 and 6 on her own. At age 41 she began her new life, with no income, a home built in the early 1900's and little money in the bank. Her resilience taught me resilience, her courage taught me courage, and this has taught me an important fact of life: "I've never met a STRONG person with an EASY past!"
I am a highly competitive professional with forty-one years of field experience. I've had experience as a business owner and have a proven track record to increase sales. I have experience in the real estate industry for 25 of those years, including as a real estate agent, residential appraiser and selling a specialized software to residential appraisers.
I also created sales organizations in the direct selling industry for personal care products in Australia, New Zealand and Japan, creating over 100,000 distributors worldwide. I have traveled to those countries to speak and train personally.

I have been married to my wife Sheri for 39 years, we have 4 children and 9 grandchildren, I compete with them daily for my wife's attention. I enjoy reading, and the knowledge and perspective that my reading and study gives me has strengthened my teaching skills and presentation abilities.
