Stephan Cote was a pleasure to work with. He prepared an hour presentation for our group of 60 new realtors to inspire and have their passion align with their purpose. Completing the DISC and talking through it with Stephan was such a beneficial experience for me not only in my workplace but also in my home. I have found it very useful in the workplace to really try and learn how my colleagues communicate and also how they receive communication best, in order to have meaningful productive discussions that benefit us all.  He also pushed me to strengthen some areas and put some personal goals in place.
