Completing the DISC and talking through it with Stephan was such a beneficial experience for me not only in my workplace but also in my home. I have found it very useful in the workplace to really try and learn how my colleagues communicate and also how they receive communication best, in order to have meaningful productive discussions that benefit us all.  He also pushed me to strengthen some areas and put some personal goals in place.

Our Coach Stephan was highly energetic during the whole session, in control of the information and the participants, transferred the information with enthusiasm, respected the personality of the participant and reinforced their position and personality, explained to them the traits that make them successful, gave suggestion on how to cope with our less developed side.
