ON, CANADALarissa sets the standard for what it looks like to have fun, overcome adversity and work hard to achieve your biggest goals. A Team Canada Softball member since 2013, she is a part of a distinguished group of women that remained resilient for 13 years following the removal of Softball from the Olympic program in 2008.
In 2020, Larissa and her teammates were given one shot to make history and be the first Canadian softball team to bring home an Olympic medal. When burnout and an Olympic postponement came into the mix, a childhood dream was nearly jeaporidized and ripped away...but it wasn't.
A story of determination, resiliency, and self acceptance, Larissa encourages her audiences to consider what is possible when you change your perspective. She motivates audiences to be better team players by seeing obstacles as opportunities, taking action, and harnessing the qualities that make them great.
A World Record Holder, Pan-American gold and silver medalist, 2x World bronze medalist, and an Olympics bronze medalist, Larissa knows what it takes to exceed your potential.
