Maxine is a seasoned educator with extensive experience
in coaching teams and individuals. As a school principal,
Maxine helped her school staff collaborate effectively to achieve
one-hundred percent student success and achieve Model School
status with the All Things PLC Institute (Solution Tree). She
navigated a change process with her team to establish core
values and hold the necessary crucial conversations to ensure
everyone adhered to the team's vision and direction. Maxine
believes strongly in the importance of strong team values and that
effective teams can meet and exceed their goals.
Maxine is also a businesswoman who has owned and operated
several small companies. She currently owns Canada in a
Basket, a retail gift store in Ottawa Canada, as well as Promoveo
Coaching and Consulting, which strives to help its customers
establish and meet their business objectives.
Maxine has facilitated with several types of audiences. She has
worked with young adults, teams of professionals, and volunteer
groups, as well as her education peers as a "principal coach."
