Paul Nielson is an actor, and coach. He has always helped people with out of the box thinking. Owner and Author of Remember Your Role, he continues to help with perspectives of acting your best life.

Paul Nielson lived an unimpressive life, growing up making life's mistakes, like everyone else. As he got through school and went out in life, there was always a desire to make life better, but was continually in the wishing side of life. Paul was introduced to self development (Including John Maxwell) with his first job outside of high school and once he got his Associates Degree he knew it was time to make a change. Life kept on and Paul kept learning more and more.

Paul was always recognized as someone to trust and as a leader in different organizations including BNI, CEO Space, Amway, and other coaching companies like RI Training. The problem was that even with all the training and understanding Paul's confidence was never very high. Then one day, on a whim Paul made it as a lead in the musical of Annie and it put him on the path of growth that all the reading and self development training would never do. Acting the parts of different roles gave Paul a view of life as a Play that helped him to realize that he is valued as well as allowing him to see the value of every person in his life.

Paul is now in the role of service, and helping others to see the new perspective of the view of life in the role they are meant to play to bring Joy and Happiness. Knowing the incredible teacher and leader that John Maxwell is, Paul is proud to join his team and use all the principles that he teaches to enhance the teaching and advising that Paul will be doing for the rest of his life. Very proud to be with JMT and to serve people with joy and happiness and the confidence he has learned about his role.

Remember Your Role Started when Paul Nielson tried out for the first time in his community play. He did the play of "Annie" with his Daughter. As the play progressed and Paul took on the roles in the set design and memorization of his lines and music, he noticed something great and interesting in his Daughter. She saw value in herself, this made him very happy and he thought if this changed her to see value in herself and others, couldn't it help other kids to do the same?

After years of research and finding out what happened to her, Paul developed a love for Theater and did 12 more shows in 4 years and is still going strong with them. He has also developed, through the help of a psychologist, Izzy Kalman, and several other self development guru's, this wonderful program using the metaphor of acting to help people realize their value in this world and how to recognize value in others in the "Play of their Lives."
