With 7 years of Leadership Effectiveness Training (Dr. Thomas Gordan) and over a decade of full-time ministry experience, his passion is for bringing out the best in everyone he meets and he is driven to change the world through the next generation. Personally, Stephen is a life-long Floridian who loves a good challenge, craves adventure, and seeks growth opportunities. He and his wife have been married for 11 years and their greatest adventure is the thrill of being parents to their first baby born in fall of 2020.
