Cristian Martinez
Cristian has been in the high-performance coach space for a little over 12 years. Over the last 4 years I have helped 3 organization win over 51 regional awards, 12 industry leading awards not to mention creating high-performance non-dependent culture that thrives in the midst of adversity and crisis. I also serve 20 years in the military where I secured several accolades and awards if would ever like to discuss those further.
Crisitan familiar with the government and private sector through holding a public trust/confidential clearance for several projects with previous employer, He has a passion for creating high performance cultures designed with the customer in mind. He's worked with federal government department such as occupational safety and health act (OSHA) American National Standards Institute (ANSI), The Joint Commission (TJC) Department of the Air Force and the American Optometric Association (AOA) and Professional Testing Corporation (PTC) to help develop performance exams, certification exams and promotion exams. He has also developed safety equipment to protect our department of defense service members vision.
In 2017, Mr. Martinez was appointed as an Program Director of Maxwell Leadership Team. Created Leadership Legacy a high-performance coaching organization that helps teams, leaders and businesses thrive in the Health, Wealth and Relationship Industries. He has been name #1 of 43,000 coaches when it comes to Exceeding Expactions by Dr. John C. Maxwell.
He has held various other successful senior leadership positions including Corporate Inspector General and Executive Vice President of Operations and Training.
Mr. Martinez received his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) in Healthcare Management from Columbia Southern University and his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Technical Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
