Todd Kuckkahn's passion for leadership and growth earned him an independent speaker, coach, teacher, and trainer certification with The John Maxwell Team. Throughout his career, Todd has done countless customized presentations, workshops, and seminars at local, state, national and international conferences. What that means is he has the necessary experience to put your workplace and business on a new trajectory.

Todd is passionate about sharing his experience and knowledge in communication, leadership, personal growth, corporate culture, and non-profits. Todd is a DISC certified consultant and writes for numerous publications, including an international publication. He is also certified as a diversity, equity, and inclusion trainer. He firmly believes that differences make us better but you must first identify them and then work to utilize them to grow your employees and business.

Todd's professional work experiences include non-profits, education, government and small to large businesses. He has taught in four different college settings and three different high schools. He is a proud University of Wisconsin graduate in education and holds a Master of Science degree in education from UW-Platteville. That experience pays off in that he has dealt with most workplace challenges.

He has served with numerous non-profits, including the UW Foundation, UW-Platteville Alumni Office, UW-Stevens Point Foundation and Alumni Office, United Way of Dane County, Wisconsin Special Olympics, Madison Children's Museum, Marshfield Clinic, Girl Scouts of the Northwest Great Lakes, Portage County Business Council, and Pacelli Catholic Schools. Todd is definitely a servant leader.
