Sarah is an autism mother, entrepreneur, inspirational speaker and business mentor who inspires professional service business owners to turn their fears into courage and find their most successful life.

She was forced to choose between her children and her career as a former team leader and trainer at the Global Accounting firm KPMG. She fought fear and chose her family over her dream job that offered financial security but left her miserable and unhealthy. No parent should have to choose between their family and their career. Sarah chose her family, and fearing failure and becoming destitute once again, she went on to create and own multiple successful businesses.

Several years before this, after moving from the USA to the UK with only clothes and toys in her possession, she found herself homeless, jobless, and alone. As a young and terrified mother lying in one shared bed cradling her sleeping disabled children, she made a silent promise to be a better and braver mother. The transformation had begun.

Twice nominated for the Business Mother of The Year award with Women’s Business Club, featured in Journal Magazine’s female entrepreneurs' section, Scale Her Up podcast, and author of the Voices of the 21st Century – Women who Transform the World and providing regular talks to entrepreneurs with the Women's Business Club. 

Sarah’s talks are calm and peaceful but at the same time raw and honest, encouraging audiences to reflect and question their own personal success and the impact their choices have on those around them.  Her mission is to enable business owners to find their true purpose and success by overcoming fears and challenging a business culture that hinders success.
