I have known Marvin for over 15 years and have witnessed his leadership skills and commitment to diversity. While at EDS, he led workshops to help leaders develop the skills necessary to lead an increasingly diverse workforce. He did it was tact, diplomacy and urgency. He brings those skills to every task.
